The Ponta da Piedade grottoes near Lagos, Portugal, are stunning sea caves, arches, rock formations and hidden beaches carved into golden cliffs by the ocean. We chose to see the grottoes in a small tour boat but there are larger tour boats and kayak tours available. Another option is to descend from the top of the cliffs.
