Thumbnails - Mayan sites, El Salvador

On a weekend break in the middle of  our two weeks project for Habitat Global Village in Sonsonate, El Salvador we spent a day visiting the San Andres Archaeological Park which is an archaeological site containing a number of partially restored Mayan pyramids and Joya de Cerén, an archaeological site of a pre-Columbian Maya farming village preserved under layers of volcanic ash.
